Actual service time may vary based on load size, access, and the items being removed. How It Works 1. Choose Your Load Size → Select how much you need removed and see your price upfront. 2. Choose Your Date & Time → Select your preferred service date and arrival time. 3. Complete Your Booking Request → Enter your contact and service information, upload 3 photos of the items you need removed, and click Request to Book. 4. Secure Your Booking — Payment Hold Only → Immediately after submitting your request, you’ll receive a text message with a secure payment link. Enter your payment information to authorize the service amount. This is only a hold — your card is not charged at this time. 5. We Haul It Away → Your service professional arrives during your selected arrival window, removes the approved items, and cleans up the service area. 6. Confirm Completion & Finalize Payment → After the service, you’ll receive a Service Complete text message. Once you confirm the service was completed, your payment is finalized. No upfront charge. Your payment is only finalized after you confirm the service is complete.
