Roughly 1,500–2000 sq. Our deep cleaning service is ideal for when your home needs more than a routine refresh. It includes everything from our standard cleaning—dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, and full kitchen & bathroom surface cleaning—but with added detail and precision. In addition to regular upkeep, we scrub and sanitize baseboards, door frames, and window sills, clean behind and under furniture where dust collects, and give extra care to high-touch areas like switches, handles, and remotes. Kitchens receive detailed attention, including inside the microwave and cabinet exteriors, while bathrooms get a more intensive scrub to remove soap scum, buildup, and hidden grime.
Cancellation Policy
🛠️ Service Booking & Cancellation Policy (All Services) Applies to Junk Removal, Window Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning & Home Cleaning 📋 Booking Requirements • A full property address and accurate service details (items, room counts, window counts, or areas to be cleaned) must be provided at the time of booking. • Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual scope of work on-site differs from what was selected during booking. • Safe and accessible entry, driveway space, or curbside access must be available depending on the service type. ❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. • Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or failure to provide access may result in a $50 cancellation fee. 🔧 On-Site Adjustments • If the actual scope or workload exceeds what was booked (larger load size, additional rooms, extra windows, heavily soiled carpets, etc.), subcontractors will confirm updated pricing with you before beginning. • If hazardous conditions or prohibited materials/areas are encountered, the subcontractor may decline the service or apply additional fees. ⚠️ Safety & Access Requirements • Walkways, entry paths, rooms, and work areas must be clear and safe to access. • Subcontractors may refuse service if the environment is unsafe (e.g., biohazards, excessive debris, aggressive pets, blocked work areas, or structural hazards). 📌 Operational Notes • All services are performed by independent subcontractors, not employees. • For most services, the customer must be present at the start unless alternative instructions (key/code access or curbside pickup) are arranged in advance.
