If the actual service needed differs significantly from what was selected, any price adjustment will be confirmed before additional work begins. Cancellations & Rescheduling Plans change — we understand. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice when cancelling or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or inability to access the property may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
